The opening ceremony of the 52nd Iranian Mathematical Conference was held at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer, Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman along with the virtual presence of the Minister of Science, Research and Technology.
Katar Mohammad Ali Taher, the President of the University of Kerman, said: “Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman is the largest university in the southeast with about 14,000 students, including more than 5,000 PhD students studying in about 400 fields and majors, 600 faculty members of which more than 100 are professors and about 200 are associate professors.”
The President of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman said: “548 articles were sent to this conference, all of which were judged by different judges from universities across the country and the scientific committee of the conference, and finally 345 articles were accepted, of which 250 were oral and 95 were poster. It is also intended to index articles in the Islamic World Citation Database (ISC) and (IEEE).”
