1-1 Definition and Purpose of the Program

Business Management is one of the most important parts of business administration. A company can establish a good business relationship between its customers and purchaser if it has a successful manager.

A firm manager tries to attract customers, offer and introduce the correct principles and products or services of a company. A business manager plays a key role in the profits and losses of companies.

This is a higher education program and it is aimed at training specialized human power whose are required by organizations, departments, institutions and public and private companies in the field of business with various tasks and goals. The aims of this programare as follows: Accurate familiarity with the basic tasks of business organizations, increasing students' skills and abilities in recognizing issues related to managing, collecting and analyzing information regarding each of these issues, evaluating different solutions to each of them, making decisions and implementing decisions through the knowledge of organization structure, management and organization theories, and decision making techniques. Again, the alumni will be familiar not only with theoretical knowledge but also with its application.

Alumni can work in business establishments and clerical offices such as: Logistics, Recruitment, Financial affairs, and Marketing.

1-2 Alumni's Mission and Ability

The participants of this program will be familiar with theoretical and applied knowledge of Business Management. Therefore, the communication gap between the skilled expert staff and the management of the institute will be minimized.
The necessity and importance of this program is to acquaint experts with the role of business management disciplines in the organization, applying this knowledge, training specialized staff as a link between managers and administrative and technical staff.

1-3 Program Curriculum

This Program curriculum is 4 years and all courses are presented in 8 semesters.

Every semester is 16 academic weeks. In addition to theoretical knowledge, there is a firm concentration on applied knowledge.

The total number of courses included in the curriculum of Business Management adds up to 138 as follows:
General Courses, 22 units;
Basic Courses, 38 units;
Core Courses, 37 units;
Specialized courses, 36 units;
Elective Courses, 5 units
